皆様、こんにちは！
季節が移り変わり、秋の肌寒さを感じる今日この頃ですね。
この度、10月15日に開催される学びのフェア＆インド共和国のお知らせが遅くなってしまいました。
なぜ私たちはこの活動を行っているのか、その理由を皆さんにお伝えしたいと思います。私たちは異なる国との交流を通じて、国や文化、人々との関わりがなければ、コミュニケーションが難しいことを日々実感しています。そして、お互いを理解し合うことが本当の平和への鍵であると信じています。この取り組みは後の世の平和に貢献することを考え、国際理解と平和への意識を育むことを目指しています。国際経験を通じて学んだことは、国や文化、歴史を尊重し、関わり、食事を共にすることが後の世代の幸福につながる大切な時間であると信じています。継続して活動して芽生えた目指している世界によって私たちは決意をしました。いろんな国々の大使館とそこに関わる人々の文化と関わりながら、日本の方々が世界と関わるチャンスを作っていく、それがOHAOプロジェクトの使命です。
また、この度、インド大使館の意を組み、今回から誰でもが学べるように参加費を無料にいたしました。インドは若者が多く、今後インドが国際社会で大きな影響力を持つ時代が訪れるでしょう。IT分野などで世界中の企業がインドに注目しています。そして、開催日がちょうどインドの神聖な日の始まりと重なります。この機会に、インドについて学び、協力していただけることに心から感謝しています。インドに関わる方々やインドでの活動、インドについての理解を広める機会を多くの方々に提供したいと考えています。平和を願うなら、その国や文化、人々と関わり、共に過ごす時間が大切だと私たちは信じています。その時間が思い出として心に残り、後の世代への重要な架け橋となることでしょう。
また、この活動には幅広い年齢層の参加者がおり、様々なバックグラウンドを持っています。例えば、私は犬の散歩していたおじいちゃんと犬をきっかけに話す機会がありました。そのことを家族に話してくれていたそうで、その後、おじいちゃんは心臓の病気で亡くなってしまったという知らせを奥様から受けました。家族ではないけれども支え合えるコミュニティとしても存在したいと強く思いました。たとえわずかな時間であっても、気分転換になり、新しい繋がりが希望に変わればと願います。子供や高齢者の交流から、お互いが理解し合える瞬間が生まれることを信じています。医療者としてこの活動はコミュニティ医療として取り組んでいます。
この度ご協力くださる皆さんは本当に素晴らしい方々で、協力くださることそのものが奇跡です。一人でも多くの方に素晴らしい学びをお伝えしたいです。
この信念が一人でも二人でも伝わり、より良い活動と人々との関わりが生まれることを願って、私たちは活動しています。
最後に、募集が1週間後に迫っておりますが、皆様と共に素晴らしい時間を共有できることを楽しみにしています。どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

「学びのフェア＆アメリカ合衆国」活動報告
明治安田生命健康保険組合様のご支援により、今回はさらに多くのお食事を提供することができました。また、社内バザーで支援金を寄付してくださった皆様にも心から感謝いたします。
アメリカの地理、歴史、多様性、文化など、幅広い学びに小さな子供たちが積極的に参加してくれて、ジャックさんのプレゼンテーション力に感銘を受けました。ジャックさんと素晴らしい時間を共有できたこと、OHAOプロジェクトとして素晴らしい一日でした。ありがとうございました。
そして、稲森アートプロジェクトグループの皆様が制作した「The Firefighters(消防士物語) ～The Movie～」、全て英語で字幕付きでしたが、皆様のメッセージが心に届いたことと、最後のテロップの時に皆様からの拍手を受けたことに感謝いたします。小さな子供たちが飽きないようにサポートしてくださったボランティアの皆様、ありがとうございました。
毎回参加してくださる皆様、今回初めて参加してくださった皆様、月に一度ではありますが、皆様と過ごす時間を楽しみにしています。今後はOHAOファミリーとして、子どもたちがもっと自発的に参加できるような企画を考えてみたいと思っています。例えば、子どもたちが挑戦できるコーナーを作ることを考えています。ぜひ一緒に考えていきましょう。
また、会計班の皆さん、料理班の皆さん、朝6時から設営に取り組んでくださったメンバーの皆さんは、イベントのスムーズな運営を支え、会場を素晴らしい雰囲気に仕上げてくれました。早朝からのご協力に心より感謝いたします。
本職を持ちながらも、時間と労力を惜しまずにOHAOプロジェクトを支えてくださる皆さんに、心からの感謝の意を表します。今後も皆さんと共に素晴らしいプロジェクトを続けていけることを楽しみにしています。
OHAOプロジェクトは現在法人化に向けて動き出しました。公益社団法人を念頭に入れ、組織を整えていく予定です。皆さまと共により良い未来を築くために、一緒に時間を過ごすことを大切にしていきます。支えてくださる皆様に心から感謝申し上げます。どうぞこれからもよろしくお願いいたします。

OHAO PROJECT × JefriQ Radio 学びのフェア＆ガーナ共和国 活動報告
さて、ジョロフライスのお料理体験、皆さま、いかがでしたでしょうか？この素晴らしい体験は、六本木にあるアフリカンホームタッチレストランの皆様のご指導のおかげです。ぜひ、その美味しさを存分に楽しむために、日本米ではなく本場の味を堪能しに、皆さま、お店に足を運んでみてください。心からのご指導に感謝申し上げます。
イベント冒頭では、ガーナ国歌の演奏に続き、大使の温かいビデオレターをご覧いただきました。
また、ガーナ出身のPOPさんと共に、ジョロフライスの野菜カット体験を子どもたちと楽しむことができました。会場の皆さまとの様々なディスカッションを通じて、アットホームな雰囲気の中、素晴らしい交流の場となりました。
そして、この日のハイライトは、午前中の予定を全て調整してお越しいただいたガーナ大使館の参事官であるNana kusi Mograbi様の登場です。Nanaさんからは、ガーナの地理、首都、民族衣装、楽器、そして器具などについての興味深い説明がありました。実際に手に触れることで、ガーナの魅力を感じることができました。まるでガーナを旅しているようなひとときでした。
Nanaさんのライブパフォーマンスでは、子どもたちと一緒に歌を歌い、日本とガーナの架け橋となる瞬間を共有しました。
お忙しい中、会場にお越しいただき、心より感謝申し上げます。日本とガーナが共有する素晴らしいひとときとなりました。
後半では、会津猪苗代からお越しいただいた野口英世記念会の学芸員である課長の森田鉄平様が登壇されました。野口英世博士の偉業や志を子どもたちに真摯に伝える様子は、偉人の魂を後世に繋ぐ使命を果たしていることを感じさせました。是非、野口英世記念館を訪れ、野口英世博士の幼少時代を過ごした福島県猪苗代の街を探求してみてください。
そして、医学の世界で多大な功績を残した野口英世博士について、福島県立医科大学の病態制御薬理医学講座の主任教授である下村健寿様がお話しをしてくださいました。難しい内容であっても、子どもたちは熱心に聞き入り、下村先生の情熱的な話に引き込まれました。下村先生自身も新生児糖尿病/DEND症候群の治療法の発見に貢献されており、その情熱が研究者の魂を感じさせました。本当に感銘を受けるお話でした。
このイベントでは、ガーナにあるKOKO Plus Foundationの代表である高橋裕典様からもメッセージをいただきました。6カ月までの子どもたちに必要な栄養素の吸収をサポートする活動についてのお話は、医療の力と海外での活躍に触れる貴重な機会となりました。ご協力いただき、心より感謝申し上げます。
今回のイベントは、多忙な皆様が真摯に関わり、その姿勢に学びと感動を覚える一日でした。皆様のご協力があってこそ、無事にイベントを終えることができました。

「TTSA×OHAO PROJECT 学びのフェア＆台湾」活動報告
TTSA×OHAO PROJECTの『学びのフェア＆台湾』を開催し、無事に終えることができました。この場を借りて、活動報告をさせていただきます。
まず、今回の流れになりましたのは、OHAO PROJECTの活動にお心をお寄せくださいました台湾留日東京同学会からのお申し入れにより、このような素晴らしい一日となりましたことに心から感謝申し上げます。
前日のリハーサルでは実際に作業を行い、当日の流れを確認しました。
そのお陰で、当日はスムーズな進行ができました。
会場を提供してくださった株式会社オニオンの川田社長様に心から感謝申し上げます。
台湾留学学生会の皆さんも連日お疲れ様でした。
協力していただき、笑顔溢れるイベントになりました。
当日は朝6時からの設営作業がありましたが、高校生の皆さんがボランティアとして協力してくれました。また、初めて参加してくださったボランティアの皆さんもありがとうございました。
台北駐日経済文化代表處教育部部長の黄冠超様からは、台湾と日本の歴史においての絆についての素晴らしいメッセージをいただきました。その言葉通り、この日は台湾人と日本人が共通の目標に向かって一緒に取り組むことができました。
台湾留学生会長のリョウさんやプレゼンターのコウさん、また留学生の皆さんと一緒に、手作りのタピオカやルーローファンを作りました。タピオカは実際に粉から練り上げる作業でしたが、子供たちが一生懸命作っている姿がとても良かったです。
また、台湾の歴史と文化について幅広く学び、ルーローハンのさまざまな種類やローゾァウ ファンについても知ることができました。
台湾の子供たちの生活や観光についてのプレゼンテーションも、まるで台湾を訪れているかのような感覚を味わいました。
さらに、コミュニティ医療からはストレスコーピングのテーマで、東京都済生会中央病院の精神専門看護師、村田涼子さんに登壇していただきました。子供から大人まで、参加者の方々が質問をし、実生活で応用できるストレスの対処法を学びました。
ストレスはチャンスに変えるきっかけになることを再確認しました。
さらに、俳優で映画監督の大門崇さんからは個性についてのお話を伺いました。台湾との繋がりや映画監督としての経験から、個性の大切さを教えていただきました。個性をグミに例えると、それぞれの感性が個性となるのだということを、実験を通して深く理解することができました。
この日のイベントでは、台湾新聞社からのドリンクの差し入れもいただきました。台湾観光局の素晴らしい旅行冊子や動画を見ながら、まるで台湾にいるような一日を過ごしました。実際に台湾に行って、今日学んだ挨拶を使ってみてくださいね。
最後に、皆さんで合唱した『小手拉大手』は、台湾人のギター奏者の邱建方様と歌を披露してくださった廖秉睿様と日本人のウクレレ奏者の参加者様が融合し、素晴らしいステージになりました。これまで数カ月にわたり準備を共にしてきたことに感謝します。
国籍の違いを超えて、お互いを理解し、伝え合うことの大切さを感じる日々でした。未知のことをお互いが理解し合うことで、本当の平和につながるのではないかと感じました。参加者の留学生の皆さんは素晴らしい経歴の持ち主であり、話を聞いて驚かされました。
最後に、司会進行をしてくださった井上美和子様に心から感謝いたします。お陰でイベントはスムーズに進行することができました。

18日の学びのフェア＆Vitality.Swissの開催は、多くの人々の助けを借りて無事終えることができました。この場を借りて感謝申し上げます。
開催までのスイス大使館との打ち合わせでご尽力くださいました高橋さまやお繋ぎくださったSHIBAURA HOUSEの伊東社長さま、そして美味しいデザートを担当してくださったサラさまとの共同作業の結果でした。また、湯島店横ラクレットグリルのオーナー田澤憲一さまの忙しい中、全面的に支援してくださり、アコーディオン奏者の長澤さまもご紹介いただき、五感全てで堪能するスイスでした。
また、心から感謝したいのは、昨日のリハーサルから本日の設営まで、大使館のサラさん、お料理班の皆さん、当日は朝早くから東工大学附属高校や近隣の大学生、学芸大学附属小金井中学校からのボランティアの皆さんなど、多くの方々の支援があってこその成功でした。
さらに、当日の写真や動画を撮影してくださったフジテレビ国際局の大橋さまにも深く感謝します。
ポスター掲示やフードバンクの協力、広告宣伝費や食材費の提供など、当日のイベントを盛り上げるために協力してくださったすべての方々、ありがとうございました。港区役所様、SOMPOケア様、株式会社オニオン様をはじめとする企業様、そしてご寄付いただいた皆様のご支援により、OHAOプロジェクトの活動を継続し、より多くの人々に支援を届けることができます。
このイベントを通じて感じたことは、人々が互いに協力し、地域のコミュニティを築き上げることの重要性です。また、これからは医療者の力も必要だと感じました。
私たちは、未来を考える若者と共に、より良い未来を作るための仲間を募集しています。OHAOプロジェクトと共に地域の関わりを考える皆様、どうぞご連絡ください。既成概念にとらわれずに動ける仲間を募集しています。

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the successful completion of the "Learning Fair ＆Vitality.Swiss" event on the 18th. It was made possible with the help of many people, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them.
I am grateful to Mr. Takahashi, who contributed during the meetings with the Swiss Embassy leading up to the event, and Mr. Ito, the CEO of SHIBAURA HOUSE, who facilitated the connection. The collaboration with Ms. Sara, who was in charge of the delicious desserts, was also a result of our joint efforts. Furthermore, I deeply appreciate the support provided by Mr. Kenichi Tazawa, the owner of the Yushima-Tenmokudan Raclette Grill, who offered his full support despite being busy. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the Swiss experience with the accompaniment of accordion player Mr. Nagasawa, engaging all our senses.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the individuals who supported us from yesterday's rehearsal to today's setup. This includes Sara-san from the Embassy, the cooking team, and the volunteers from Tokyo Institute of Technology High School, nearby universities, and Komaba Junior High School affiliated with Gakugei University. I would also like to extend my thanks to Mr. Ohashi from Fuji Television International Department for capturing photos and videos on the day of the event.
I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who supported the event by displaying posters, cooperating with the food bank, providing advertising and promotional expenses, and offering ingredients. Thanks to the support from various individuals and organizations such as Minato Ward Office, SOMPO Care, Onion Inc., and all the generous donors, we can continue the activities of the OHAO Project and deliver support to more people.
Through this event, I have come to realize the importance of people cooperating and building a sense of community in their local areas. I also realized the significance of the power of healthcare professionals moving forward.
We are recruiting allies who can work together with us and young people who are considering the future to create a better tomorrow. We invite everyone who is interested in OHAO Project's activities and community engagement to contact us. We are looking for team members who can act without being bound by preconceived notions.
Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all the speakers who prepared for this day, the supporting staff, the participants, and everyone who helps spread the word about the OHAO Project. In the future, we would like to share reports, videos, and photos from the students to further enhance understanding of the OHAO Project's activities and expand support.

【活動報告】学ぶ！こども食堂＆ケニア共和国
[Activity Report] Learn! Kodomo Shokudo & Republic of Kenya
5月21日に開催された「学ぶ！こども食堂＆ケニア共和国」イベントの活動報告をお届けします。
このイベントでは、ケニア観光親善大使である平岩道夫先生と平岩雅代先生のご協力を得て、ケニアの歴史文化観光について学ぶ貴重な機会となりました。参加者の皆さんは、ケニアの食文化や衣服に触れることで、新たな視点を得ることができました。
また、モデルのElizabeth Tanaさんからは、モデル業界における広範な知識と楽しさについてのお話しを伺いました。彼女のご指導のもと、こどもたちは楽しく体を動かし、最後にはサプライズのミュージカルにも挑戦しました。
さらに、救命救急士である大塚敏幸さん監修によるコミュニティ医療プレゼンテーションでは、「目の前で人が倒れたらどうする？」を参加者の皆さんにお伝えさせていただきました。

[Activity Report] Learn! Kodomo Shokudo & Republic of Kenya
We would like to present an activity report on the "Learn! Kodomo Shokudo & Republic of Kenya" event held on May 21st.
In this event, we had the privilege of collaborating with Mr. Michio Hiraiwa and Ms. Masayo Hiraiwa, both Kenyan tourism goodwill ambassadors, to provide a valuable opportunity to learn about Kenya's history, culture, and tourism. Participants had the chance to explore Kenyan food culture and traditional clothing, gaining new perspectives in the process.
We also had the pleasure of hearing from model Elizabeth Tana, who shared her extensive knowledge and excitement about the modeling industry. Under her guidance, the children enjoyed moving their bodies and even challenged themselves with a surprise musical performance.
Furthermore, in the community healthcare presentation supervised by Toshiyuki Otsuka, an emergency medical technician, we provided participants with information on "What to do if someone collapses in front of you?".
The event venue moved to SHIBAURA HOUSE, and we would like to express our gratitude to all the speakers and everyone who contributed to the event. We are deeply thankful to those who supported us by providing food for the food bank, sponsoring advertising and promotional expenses, and to SHIBAURA HOUSE for hosting the event.

7月18日海の日にウクライナの親子と日本人コミュニティで
三色丼と豚汁とデザートを作りました！
ウクライナの皆さんと文化交流
とーっても楽しかったと参加者皆さん口をそろえて
喜んでくださいました。
ウクライナには熱中症がありませんので、熱中症対策学習も行いました。
12歳の男の子も一生懸命学んでいました。
ウクライナに帰ったら、僕は日本食レストランをやるんだ！！と言ってくれた言葉が
とてもとても嬉しかったです。
こうやって大人も子どもも国境関係なく一緒に楽しめる時間
素敵な思い出となりました。
ウクライナの国旗の意味は上が青色で下が黄色の配色によって青空の下、
どこまでも広がる小麦（向日葵）畑！という意味。

On Marine Day, July 18th, OHAO Kitchen collaborated with Ukrainian families and the local Japanese community to prepare "Sansekidon" (three-colored rice bowl), "Tonjiru" (pork soup), and dessert!
It was a wonderful cultural exchange experience with our Ukrainian friends. All the participants unanimously expressed their joy and satisfaction, stating that they had a great time.
We also conducted a heatstroke prevention workshop since Ukraine does not have heatstroke issues. Even a 12-year-old boy was eagerly learning during the session.
One of the boys excitedly said, "When I go back to Ukraine, I'm going to open a Japanese restaurant!" This remark brought immense joy to us.
These moments of shared enjoyment among adults and children, transcending national borders, created beautiful memories.
The Ukrainian national flag symbolizes a blue sky above and vast fields of wheat (sunflowers) extending endlessly, represented by the combination of blue on top and yellow at the bottom.
While praying for a swift return to such a world, we cherish the experience and the connections made.

Yesterday, we successfully concluded our pitch at the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all the speakers and the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry for their invaluable support and guidance. While our presentation only captured a small portion of our heartfelt thoughts, it provided us with an opportunity to make inspiring connections. We are now filled with anticipation for the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.
Additionally, we had the privilege of being interviewed by NHK. We are delighted to welcome the reporter as a new member of our team, who will play a significant role in sowing the seeds of dreams in January.
In the highly acclaimed segment from our previous event, we featured tongue twisters. This time, we are thrilled to have Mr. Gohei Nishikawa as our emcee, and we aim to create an even more enchanting atmosphere with his participation.
On January 21, 2023 (Saturday), at the Gohei Nishikawa Children's Food Kitchen Workshop, we will utilize the vegetable preparation techniques we have learned to prepare curry rice together.

OHAO PROJECT "Learn! Children's Food Kitchen" on February 25, 2023
Thank you for your patience!! OHAO PROJECT offers various sections for everyone to enjoy.
In the cooking section... As a review, we learned vegetable peeling and cutting techniques. We will apply those techniques to make curry rice and tofu ice cream.
In the community healthcare section... With the assistance of Tokyo Metropolitan Saiseikai Central Hospital, we will address dry skin care.
In the Seeds of Dreams section... You can listen to the performance of a harmonica player who performs on the world stage!!
In the section supporting Japanese farmers... We will hear from a young farmer who aims to increase the self-sufficiency rate of safe and delicious Japanese mushrooms using IoT farming methods.
In the section supporting Japanese youth... We have Hal-kun, who created the OHAO logo, and a 13-year-old junior high school student who designed and planned an organic and gluten-free mushroom noodle product!!
We will continue our activities for a better future!! We will bring you the incredible abilities, talents, technologies, and excitement of the Japanese people!
In March and April, we have plans to hold events in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of San Marino.
Furthermore, we received a generous donation of ice cream from Ms. Kaori Matsumoto, who won a gold medal in the women's 57kg judo category at the 2012 London Olympics. Ms. Matsumoto is also a supporter of children's futures. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Lil' Infinity Children's Food Kitchen in Itabashi Ward and the Itabashi Ethics Corporation for operating a children's food kitchen. We distributed the remaining ice cream to the employees of Onion as a token of our gratitude.
Through this activity, I have personally come to realize that everyday community connections serve as a safety net during times of emergency. I have been helped countless times by everyone involved. As a healthcare professional, I have deepened my understanding of the feelings of patients' families and have had the opportunity to learn about the social resources that support them.
In the future, we will engage in discussions with the administration, including various areas within Minato City, to explore possibilities for further expansion.
For the upcoming encore event in March, we have the support of many individuals, and I hope that this activity will have meaning and impact for even just one or two people.

3月19日開催しました学ぶ！子ども食堂はOHAOプロジェクトにとって、思いをいつも以上に込めた1日でした。
会場を提供してくださったオニオンでの最後の開催、OHAOプロジェクトを大きな愛情で育てていただきました。感謝の気持ちを伝えたい1日でもありました。
6月3日オニオンの川田社長様より食材提供のメールをいただきました。余りにも沢山いただいたので、地域助け合いの意味もあり他団体にもお配りし、使わせていただきました。
7月19日に初めてウクライナ避難民の皆さんと子ども食堂を開催しました報告をした流れから、夢のような素敵な会場を無償で提供してくださり、あの日からずっと支えていただきました。
オニオンさんはプロの集まりですので、毎月1度継続して開催していく中で、オニオンの優秀なスタッフの皆さんとの出会い、関わった日々は有料級の授業を受けている感覚で貴重な学びの機会をいただきました。
一緒に活動していく中で、目標とする素敵な存在でもありました。
そして後から人伝いで耳にしたことですが、毎月使わせていただいていた会場は東日本大震災時、ここから沢山の物資が何度も何度も被災地に運ばれていた尊い場所でもありました。
気づくとOHAOのメンバーは東日本大震災が繋げてくれたメンバーでした。
しかし関わってくださったスタッフの皆さんは定時の仕事ではなく、空いた時間に仮眠をして物を作るお仕事をされていますので、心優しい素敵な皆様の仮眠を奪っている状態でもありました。
そして作ってくださっていた動画はCMを専門とする企業ですので、1本桁の違う金額を無償で作ってくださっていたということ。
社会貢献のはずが、色んなご負担の上にOHAOの活動があったことも事実です。
深く深くお詫びとまた心から感謝という一言では納められないくらいの思いです。
また川田さんはOHAOの調理場を守ってくださっていました。普段社員食堂で美味しい料理を日々作られているので、本当に胃袋を掴まれるくらい美味しい食事でした。
作業の工程や物の考え方、経営者として尊敬していますし、大好きな私にとっては憧れの人です。
このような出会ってから9ヶ月、共に行うようになって8ヶ月、ここでの実績のお陰で港区役所からOHAOプロジェクト推薦していただく流れとなりました。
これからは港区役所と共に活動していけるように、ここで学んだことを活かしていけるように頑張って参ります。
そして今回はサンマリノ共和国大使館協力の下、サンマリノ共和国の歴史と文化を学ぶ機会を設けました。急遽体調不良のため、私とモデルのエリザベスさんでプレゼンを担当させていただきました。
クイズ正解者に特別お預かりしました地図を差し上げました。また素敵なメッセージをありがとうございました。
サンマリノはとても綺麗で治安も良く、消費税もないので買い物もしやすく、長く平和を保っている国であること。6月末のサンマリノ神社を中心にサンマリノまつりがあります。今回皆んなで作りましたピアディーナはサンマリノやイタリアのエミリアロマーニャ州のファーストフードで、親子で楽しみながら作れるということも良い体験になったと思います。
またオニオンの川田社長が足りないと困るだろうからと社協さんから頂いたフードバンクを活用させていただきミネストローネを特別に作ってくださいました。ご配慮ありがとうございました。
親子で学ぶ読み聞かせではNPO法人Talkingより日渡さんがアンコールで来てくださいました。子どもたちの意欲的な姿が目に焼き付いています。
コミュニティ医療として東京都済生会中央病院 救急救命士の大塚敏幸さんが目の前で人が倒れたらどうする？を想定し、子どもたちにもわかりやすく講義してくださいました。
小さい子どもたちも実際に胸骨圧迫を体験し一生懸命学んでくれました。
子どもたちへの夢の種まきはエリザベスさんが子どもたちにモデルだけでは大切なことを説明してくださり、体験では恥ずかしい中でも子どもたちは後半しっかりモデルさんに返信していました。エリザベスさんの今までのCMやテレビ出演の動画に皆んな貴重な学ぶ機会を感じてくださっていました。
それから今回は柔道女子57キロ級で１２年ロンドン五輪で金メダルの松本薫さんの手掛けられたアイスクリームを沢山ご寄付いただきました。松本さんは子どもたちの未来も応援されています。板橋区でこども食堂を運営されていますリルインフィニティ子ども食堂、板橋倫理法人会様、本当にありがとうございました。会場の皆さんとそして残りは今までの感謝の気持ちを込めてオニオンの社員皆様に寄贈させていただきました。
この活動を通して、私自身が日常のコミュニティが非常時のセーフティネットだと実感している日々でございます。
関わった皆様に何度助けられたか。医療者でありながら、患者さんの家族の気持ちを深く学んだり、そしてそこに繋がる社会資源を学ぶ機会でもありました。
これからいくつか港区内のエリアは様々ですが候補とあがっているところで展開していけるようにこれから行政も含めて深く話し合って参ります。
また次は3月のアンコールのため、協力してくださる皆さんもおりますので、この活動が1人でも2人でも意義あるものとなりましたら、幸いに思います。

OHAO Project "Learn! Children's Food Kitchen" Activity Report - March 19th
The "Learn! Children's Food Kitchen" event held on March 19th was a day filled with heartfelt dedication for OHAO Project.
We would like to express our gratitude for Onion, who generously provided the venue for the final event. The support and care we received from them were invaluable.
On June 3rd, we received an email from Mr. Kawada, the CEO of Onion, offering food supplies. We received an abundance of supplies, and in the spirit of community support, we shared them with other organizations. The venue provided free of charge since the first event with Ukrainian refugee children on July 19th has been a dream-like space that has supported us continuously.
Onion is a professional gathering, and through monthly events, we had the opportunity to learn valuable lessons and interact with the exceptional staff members. The experience felt like attending paid classes, and Onion became a wonderful presence and role model in our activities.
We later learned that the venue we used every month was a precious place from which a substantial amount of supplies were transported to disaster-stricken areas during the Great East Japan Earthquake. It was an eye-opening realization that members of OHAO were connected by the earthquake.
However, the staff members who supported us have their regular jobs and engage in creative work during their spare time, sacrificing their well-deserved rest. Furthermore, the videos created for us were made by a professional company specializing in commercials, who generously provided their services at a significantly higher cost. While OHAO's activities were meant to contribute to society, it is also a fact that they imposed various burdens.
Mr. Kawada also protected our cooking space at Onion. As he prepares delicious dishes every day at the company cafeteria, the meals he provided were truly mouthwatering. I respect his work process, thinking, and management style, and he is someone I greatly admire and love.
Since our initial encounter nine months ago and eight months of collaboration, our achievements here have led to OHAO Project being recommended by the Minato City Office. We will continue to work hard to collaborate with the Minato City Office and apply what we have learned.
In collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of San Marino, we created an opportunity to learn about the history and culture of San Marino. Due to sudden health issues, Elizabeth and I took charge of the presentation. We presented special maps to those who answered quiz questions correctly and received heartfelt messages. We learned about San Marino's beauty, its excellent public safety, and its tax-free shopping environment, as well as its long history of maintaining peace. We also discussed the San Marino Festival, which takes place at the end of June, centered around San Marino Shrine. The experience of making piadina together was a valuable and enjoyable experience for parents and children alike.
Additionally, we utilized the food bank provided by the social welfare council to make special minestrone soup. We are grateful for their consideration.
For the children's storytelling session, Mr. Hinato from the NPO Talking made an encore appearance. The children's enthusiastic participation left a lasting impression.
In the community healthcare corner, Mr. Toshiyuki Otsuka, an emergency medical technician from Tokyo Metropolitan Saiseikai Central Hospital, gave an easily understandable lecture on what to do if someone collapses right in front of you. Even the young children had the opportunity to experience chest compressions and enthusiastically learned the techniques.
Elizabeth explained the importance of conveying essential information to children, despite being a model herself, during the Seeds of Dreams session. The children actively responded to the model, overcoming their initial shyness. They felt the value of the precious learning opportunity while watching videos of Elizabeth's commercials and television appearances.
